After spending nine years as a Cardiovascular Technologist, I knew I wanted to grow into a career that would allow me to leverage my clinical experience in a new way. I want to take a moment to sincerely thank Samuel and the EYS community for the invaluable role you played in helping me transition into the medical sales industry.The MSCB gave me the tools, confidence, and guidance to successfully make that leap.

Before enrolling into the program I had numerous unsuccessful attempts getting a position on my own. I still remember a year ago when I first met Samuel. He said that I had everything going for me to break into medical sales. Before joining Evolve Your Success, I had been exploring the medical sales world for a few months and found my lack of understanding of the industry daunting. I am thrilled to announce I have accepted a role with Boston Scientific as an Associate Territory Manager in Interventional Cardiology.

The EYS Program was instrumental in helping navigate the process of breaking into medical device sales. I came into the program without a medical background, just determination, grit, an ambitious mindset and a desire to help people in a massive way. That is what drove me to a career in medical sales and there was nothing but support from the EYS team. They ensured me despite not coming from a medical background, I could be successful in this career and find the right role.

The best part of the program for me were the mentors that were provided. They all truly care and are invested in your success. Having medical mentors in the industry to be able to ask all my questions to, to practice interview questions with, to share my obstacles and my wins and receive ongoing support made such a difference in keeping with the process.

I remember reading all these recommendations like it was yesterday. I couldn’t believe all the stories. Couldn’t believe Samuel’s program worked- until I finally made the jump and committed to it.

Now I’ve gotten a medical sales role! I was a clinician and small practice owner for 15 years looking to do something different for my career. I had tried applying to different places but would never hear back. Tried listening to the podcasts and reading posts about the field. I felt deep down I had the ability to do this, and was willing to work at it, but just wasn’t getting an opportunity and had no idea where to start. I knew I needed help.

Samuel’s program has the blueprint for breaking into this field and getting those opportunities. I just got a job offer from Globus Medical! I had previously been employed as a Special Education Teacher. I want to thank Samuel and the Evolve Career Builder. I was able to get a few interviews prior to getting the service, but unable to secure an offer. Samuel and the team changed all that!

I tried everything, self guided research, outreach to anyone and everyone for a given roll, listening to podcasts and do it yourself guides, and nothing made a significant difference in the responses I was getting.

With the proliferation of services you can find online which can include scams, I was weary of signing up for the service and the cost associated with it. I am so happy I did and overcame that fear. I’m so excited to announce I’ve started with Neuronetics as a Traveling Associate Practice Development manager! With my passion for holistic health and my background in mental health and substance use, i truly feel like this is the perfect fit. I couldn’t be more passionate about what we offer and can’t wait to make a difference.

Before joining Neuronetics, I spent eight years working in mental health and substance use treatment facilities. Alongside that, I’ve been in the service industry—bartending and working various roles—on and off since I was old enough to work. My experience includes residential care, field work, and independent contracting, where I developed and delivered group therapy curriculums for outpatient programs. Most recently, I helped launch a startup recovery center, serving as the lead case manager and group facilitator, while also taking on the many responsibilities that come with building something from the ground up.

Life before the MSCB program felt stagnant. I knew I didn’t want to pursue a master’s degree to become a therapist, and because of that, I felt like I had hit a ceiling in terms of growth in the mental health field. In early 2024, some friends introduced me to the medical device industry, thinking it might be a good fit. At the time, I was exhausted from juggling bartending and case management just to make ends meet, and I felt completely stuck in the career path I had chosen.

Curious and hopeful, I started diving deep–listening to all of Samuel’s podcasts and researching different divisions within the medical device space. That’s when I discovered a strong interest in neuromodulation, chronic pain management, and TMS. I went through a few interview processes and made it to the final stages each time, but I wasn’t landing any offers.

It wasn’t until I attended a networking event and met April from EYS that things shifted. She introduced me to the MSCB program. Knowing the power of mentorship and community, I didn’t hesitate to join.

Going through the program, I built invaluable relationships and lifelong friendships, while also gaining a tremendous amount of confidence in myself. MSCB provided the tools and resources I needed to take my transferable skills and apply them directly to the medical device industry—specifically in divisions that aligned with my strengths and interests. I just landed a job offer from In my previous role as VP of Operations and Sales within eyewear, I knew I found my niche and I am delighted to stay in the vision industry.

Prior to transitioning into the medical device industry, I was a surgical tech for 9 years. I’m thrilled to share that l have accepted a position with as a Territory Specialist. My background has been in nursing, everything from the operating room to bedside care. Taking this step into medical sales I had no idea where to start which is how I stumbled across Evolve Your Success.

I am thrilled to announce I just stepped into a new role as an Associate Clinical Representative with . I want to thank the Medical Sales Career Builder (MSCB), this wouldn’t have been possible without them!

Previously I worked as an occupational therapist in an acute care setting. And before that, as a freelance photographer. I’ve made big career jumps before, but I wanted to be more intentional and prepared this time. In school, I remember learning about emerging technologies and the valuable role that OT’s can play in non-clinical spaces, given our unique training. However, I had no idea how to grow beyond the clinic. 

Before enrolling in the Medical Sales Career Builder program, I didn’t even know what I didn’t know. I’m Now a Medical Territory Manager! I was a Regional Sales Representative for Long-Term Care pharmacy services. I had dreamed of getting into the med sales industry when I went into my career as a nurse, but the pharmacy sales job came to me, and I had just settled. I am a former teacher with some sales experience, and switching to medical sales felt like an impossible leap. For about two years, I applied for medical sales jobs, but I didn’t even get a single interview. I tried applying directly on LinkedIn, but that didn’t work. I just got a job as a Territory Representative. I used to be a practicing small animal veterinarian, but I wanted to make a career pivot into medical device sales. I just started a new role as a senior clinical specialist at Medtronic in the Deep Brain Stimulation division!

My previous role was a neuro occupational therapist, working on a specialized brain injury unit. I truly loved my work as an OT, however I didn’t see much growth opportunity in this career. I love to work hard and, unfortunately, there are limited opportunities to achieve new goals and experience new challenges in this type of role, along with limited incentives to work hard.

I want to express my deepest thanks and appreciation to Samuel Adeyinka’s Medical Sales Career Builder program. He an his team delivered what was promised and more, and this opportunity wouldn’t have been possible without their expertise and guidance.

Before joining the Medical Sales Career Builder program, I was applying for jobs that, in hindsight, were a poor fit based on my background and interests. I didn’t even know neuromodulation existed before joining MSCB and I’m so grateful for the extensive education I received on the potential avenues to explore within the medical sales industry. Before joining the program, I was searching for jobs on LinkedIn with no clear direction or foundational knowledge about the subdivisions within each industry or the type of work involved with each role.

My initial hesitation with signing up for MSCB was the cost, however it turned out to be an excellent return on investment. I received a $35,000 increase in salary, and that number will continue to grow at a much faster pace now than in my previous role.

I just got Pharmaceutical Sales Rep job offer! I want to thank the Medical Sales Career Builder; this wouldn’t have been possible without them! Before enrolling in the Medical Sales Career Builder, I had applied to several roles and was not being invited to interview for any of the roles. I was researching YouTube, podcasts, and any article I could find to try to gain more knowledge of getting into the industry.

I successfully broke into medical device sales and landed a job with one of my top companies-
 
After working as a nurse for 9 years, I wanted to find a role with more opportunities for growth, not to mention financial stability, but also to make the change in healthcare I became a nurse to do.
